Cookie Policy

Last updated: August 6, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Testver uses cookies and similar technologies on testver.com. For broader information about how we handle personal data, see our Privacy Policy.

1. What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your device. Cookies are widely used to make websites work, remember preferences, and keep you signed in.

2. Cookies we use

We use only strictly necessary cookies. We do not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking pixels, or analytics that identify you personally.

Authentication cookies (essential)

NamePurposeLifetime
atShort-lived access token. Tells the server you're signed in and which user you are.15 minutes
rtRefresh token. Lets the server issue a new access token automatically so you don't have to sign in every 15 minutes.30 days

Both cookies are HttpOnly (not readable from JavaScript), Secure (sent only over HTTPS), and SameSite restricted.

3. Browser storage

We use small amounts of your browser's localStorage and sessionStorage for UI state only — for example, returning you to the page you were on after signing in, or showing a purchase confirmation after checkout redirects back. None of it is used to track you, and none of it leaves your browser.

4. Third-party cookies

  • Razorpay — during checkout, the Razorpay payment window may set its own cookies to process your payment securely. These are governed by Razorpay's privacy policy.
  • OAuth providers — if you sign in with Google or GitHub, that provider may set cookies during the sign-in redirect, governed by its own policy.

5. Your choices

Because we only use strictly necessary cookies, there is no consent banner to configure. If you block these cookies, you won't be able to stay signed in or complete purchases. To clear cookies:

  • Chrome / Edge — Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies
  • Firefox — Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
  • Safari — Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data

6. Changes

We may update this Cookie Policy if our practices change; the “Last updated” date above will reflect the latest revision.
